BODY POETRY

"Body Poetry" is a five-class series blending dynamic, conscious movement with soothing somatic practices to activate your body and gently calm your nervous system. In just 30 minutes per session, you'll release stress, cultivate presence, and find balance between energizing motion and deep relaxation.
