The founder Nathalie in a yoga position

Nathalie

Everything started with ballet. As a former ballet dancer, I know everything about discipline, strength, and gracefulness. Of course, no one tells you about the injuries, eating disorders and never-ending pressure. No matter how hard you work - you have the feeling you are never enough.

I stopped dancing because it didn't serve me and my body anymore. I wanted more! More consciousness, mindfulness and awareness in my physical practice. I took my first yoga class with 20 years.

This has changed everything.

I went to India not only one time but times and did both my 200 Hrs & 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Advanced Vinyasa Yoga in the years 2017 and 2018. I've never had so much fun moving my body. Not only has my physical practice changed, my mind has also been transformed. I wanted to share what I’ve experienced and so I started teaching and never stopped educating myself.

MY STORY

- SHORT AND SWEET!

Nathalie and her dog Miley

Since then, I enjoy traveling around the world and sharing my passion for yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing. I’ve been teaching in yoga studios in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and UK, hosting retreats and workshops in Europe. In 2019 a dream came true when I became a teacher on yoga teacher trainings and got the chance to see and help yoga teachers grow. I taught on 200hr, 300hr and 75hr trainings in Europe and India.

Also five years ago, my personal brand “Nathalie Moves” was born. Back then I’ve started to be more present on social media, to teach and educate online, but also to help yoga teachers to grow their business.

The combination of breathwork and meditation allows me to focus more on my inner world. Body and mind are one. That’s why I prefer to teach dynamic Vinyasa flow, sometimes spicy and rocket inspired but also yin yoga, embodiment & meditations with a somatic background.

In addition to a clear focus on anatomical basics, I love intelligent sequencing, making the body feel good and giving my students the space, they need to evolve.
