That’s why you’ll find me teaching moving somatic practices, invigorating Power Flows and sharing everything you need to know in skill-developing classes.  

 

Your experience on the matt can mirror the ups and downs of life while being both energizing and soothing. With the empathy of an old friend & the energy of a Peloton instructor, I wish to help you on your journey in a fun and safe way.
